Working closely with customer service, they produce mock-ups and presentations of complete product ranges to make sure your brand is represented by the most suitable promotional merchandise. You’ll also be able to see how your products could look before you order them.
We can also create designs, set artwork, and re-draw logos, saving you both valuable time and money.
Once you’ve chosen or shortlisted the products you want to order, we can create a visual mock-up of how your design and logo will look.
We do this using the artwork you supply, and we’ll check it at the same time to make sure the format is correct and the quality is good enough.
The printable area and print position varies from product to product so the visual mock-up gives you an idea of size and positioning. Once you’ve confirmed your order, and it’s been passed to our printer, you’ll get a proof which we’ll ask you to approve.
Please note – visual mock-ups are an artist’s representation of how the product look with your logo on it.
Quick guide for artwork
To process your order we need artwork created in a vector based design package, such as Adobe Illustrator or Indesign. They produce EPS or AI file types which allow the image to be enlarged or decreased without loss of clarity.
We can’t accept GIFs, JPEGs or bitmaps as artwork because the quality won’t be good enough. There will be an additional charge of approximately AED100.00 per hour to convert artwork which has not been supplied in the correct format as listed above.
Please also give us your Pantone references so we can get the best possible colour match for your branding.
When you set your artwork, please make sure all text is converted to outlines. This means the print house can work with your artwork correctly, even if they don’t have your chosen font stored on their computer.
Our design team can set text for you free of charge.
